　　曾經製作了第一本蛋糕專業畫冊，開創了顧客在蛋糕店看圖片訂製蛋糕的先河；1993年，創造性地發明了第一個塑料仿真蛋糕，改變了國內蛋糕店以奶油蛋糕做展示的情形，大大節約了成本。2001年，研發了藝術陶瓷蛋糕，並獲得國家專利。2007年發明了捏土仿真蛋糕，使蛋糕突破食品的範疇，向藝術的方向延伸。並攜手多位烘焙名家，創辦了黎國雄蛋糕烘焙中心。從創校至今，已為中國烘焙界培養了數萬名烘焙技術師。"
