這份遍地開花的果實，奠基於農業部持續鼓勵有志從漁的青年投入產業的政策，從提供資源與輔導雙效合作，並輔導各地漁業團體成立區域聯誼會，強化組織功能與經驗交流，發揮「團結力量大」的效果，百大青農如今已經來到第七屆，學長姐也成為顧問團的成員，分享經驗並帶頭衝，漁青力量如同滾雪球般持續壯大。從養殖擴大到遠洋及沿近海漁業、定置網漁業領域。
