"自第23期起，版權頁除發行人仍由張育宏掛名外，又加上總編輯何步正，總經
理陳達弘，張襄玉不再掛社長名義。環宇書局則從總經銷改為總代理。陳達弘自此期起，實際接手《大學雜誌》。

本期推出「繪畫及散文專輯」，執筆的有郭承豐（《大學雜誌》封面設計者）、莊喆、王玉芸、菩提、陳慧樺、也斯、常喚、冷雲等。

《大學雜誌》從第一期起就有「文學與藝術」專欄，有固定的版面，封面經常放上繪畫或攝影作品，足見《大學雜誌》除了濃厚的知識份子性格外，也非常重視文藝內涵。

「繪畫及散文專輯」有藝壇動態，有畫家介紹，也有散文創作，占了本期雜誌頗多篇幅。
