由伊甸基金會發起，聯合花東地區三個不同族群的部落──花蓮阿美族的水璉教會、台東排灣族的大武聖十字慈愛修
女會，以及台東布農族的桃源國小、巴喜告教會，分別邀請部落的耆老向孩子們分享生活經驗與傳說故事，在藉由
才藝師資導入專業繪本老師─張雅錦，透過有趣的教學方式與引導，帶領孩子用畫筆完成這一本屬於自己部落的故
事集。

我們定義《後山小手印》不只是一本圖文故事集，這也是一項教育計畫，是對在社經結構普遍弱勢的孩子們一種
鼓勵與自信的建立。這本書讓文化的瑰寶，透過孩子的作品傳承，讓社區工作者的努力，得以被更多人了解及看見
，以此產生友善循環，展現台灣偏鄉豐沛的生命力！
