本來是經營古早味杏仁茶的店家，因用料實在、無任何添加物，作者也是老闆娘的清詠嘗試將杏仁熬煮過濾後的殘渣做基底，製作手工餅乾、摻入水果做成鳳梨酥，風味絕佳。

除了食用，杏仁渣還能轉作手工皂。產品不但具有共通性，也多元化了起來。王清詠也把商品鎖定在35歲以上、重視養生的客群，總是不厭其煩的介紹、分析招牌杏仁茶的優點，同時開放廚房提供參觀，讓消費者明白製程的乾淨與用心。

本書是作者再次以杏仁豆渣創造「當古早味遇上古早味」的「古早味蛋糕」創新嘗試，也將製作過程分享給所有喜愛健康與原創美食的朋友們。
原本是美式餐廳調酒師，在一場轟轟烈烈的愛情之後，與老公一起運用來自鹿港阿嬤古早味的杏仁茶配方，創造出隱身在鬧區小巷子裡的「杏福巷子」，並且開發各式杏仁渣料理及文創商品，成為「微型創業鳳凰計畫」的成功典範與顧問教學導師。
