香港基本法概論

陳弘毅 香港大學法律學院鄭陳蘭如基金憲法學講座教授，第十四屆全國政協委員。畢業於香港大學法律系，其後往哈佛大學深造，1984年起任教於港大法律系。曾任港大法律系主任（1993-1996）及港大法律學院院長（1996-2002）；曾任香港法律改革委員會委員，香港特別行政區政府策略發展委員會委員，全國人大常委會香港特別行政區基本法委員會委員。著有《法治、啓蒙與現代法的精神》、《法理學的世界》、《憲法學的世界》、《一國兩制下香港的法治探索》、An Introduction to the Legal System of the People’s Republic of China、The Changing Legal Orders in Hong Kong and Mainland China、The Constitutional System of the Hong Kong SAR（與葉保仁合著）等書，與他人合編《香港法概論》、Constitutionalism in Asia in the Early Twenty-First Century、Constitutional Courts in Asia、Law and Social Policy in the Global South等書。
