魯曉鵬，美國印第安納大學比較文學博士，加州大學戴維斯校區比較文學教授。研究領域包括中西比較詩學、文化理論、中國文學及全球漢語文學、華語電影。中英文專著和編纂的文集十幾部，包括《文化，鏡像，詩學》、《影像，文學，理論：重新審視中國現代性》、《碧城樂府——林碧城詞集》、《嶺南學人林縵華文集》，From Historicity to Fictionality: The Chinese Poetics of Narrative（《從史實性到虛構性：中國敘事詩學》）、China, Transnational Visuality, Global Postmodernity (《中國、跨國視覺性與全球後現代性》)，Chinese Modernity and Global Biopolitics: Studies in Literature and Visual Culture (《中國現代性與全球生命政治：文學與視覺文化研究》)，Contemporary Chinese Cinema and Visual Culture: Envisioning the Nation（《當代華語電影與視覺文化：重新想像國族》）。
