2023年，在迎來聯合國反貪腐公約通過20週年之際，臺灣憑藉多年落實公約所蓄積之能量，穩健走過國際經貿變局與全球百年大疫，更將我國廉政建設往前推進了一步。首先，臺美雙方完成簽署「臺美21世紀貿易倡議」首批協定，完成我國締結貿易協定首次納入反貪腐專章之創舉，彰顯臺灣具備國際反貪腐高標準的法治實力，為企業建構公正、公平、誠信、營運無懼的商業環境。與此同時，本署首度透過「全球合作暨訓練架構」，以「多元利害關係人跨域合作反貪腐」為題，與美國、日本、澳洲、加拿大及英國共同舉辦國際研習營，邀集共15國政府及非政府組織代表共同討論及交流，以具體作為表達臺灣願為全球反貪腐行動貢獻己力。
