火星爺爺
本名許榮宏，台灣台南人，1966年生。
畢業於成大電機系、東海企研所。
曾服務於花旗銀行、滾石唱片、蕃薯藤、匯豐銀行、電視豆、新光證券。
現為火星學校創辦人、企業講師。為企業培訓創新發想、故事行銷、策略思考，客戶遍及兩岸三地。
2014 TEDxTaipei講者，以一則8分鐘演講「跟沒有借東西」，累積311萬點閱。
