本書分為兩個部分，其人與其事，其人是指我對某件事物或價值觀的奇特想法或情感，著重於內部之探索，其事是指每個人各異的生活，但由於這是關於我的書，當然是記錄我的生活，著重於外部的事件或經驗，總的來說，就是介紹我，與我的詩。
