本文針對女性精神病患學員，主要指頭腦有人格對談的精神疾病，開發了網路授課「女性精神病患之民間自療課程」課程大綱，為筆者開發的女性精神病人自我療癒之系列課程。課程大綱共開發了八堂課程，分別是:甲、回應之中心思想。乙、對談之中心心態。丙、關於性愛話題。丁、關於私人恩怨話題。戊、關於認識的人八卦和隱私話題。己、聊美食話題。庚、關於嬰兒話題。辛、關於不合理的要求。接著，這八堂課程教學大綱之內容主要是教導女性精神病患學員藉由網路課程學習，學習到與頭腦的人格之對談技巧和口才能力，對談時之心態，如何向頭腦人格宣傳自己，爭取頭腦的人格對自己的認同，如何將對談話題導向健康化、公共化之話題，以形成令人尊敬、健康正面形象給頭腦人格認識，從而達到女性精神病患學員與頭腦人格之秩序重建，組織建立，思想統一，以減輕精神壓力，邁向精神病自我聊癒之效果。
