喬金鷗

　　政治作戰學校政治研究所畢業，服務軍旅與教育界三十餘年，歷練軍職政戰、教育各重要職務，教育部國立(私立)大學軍訓室主任、軍訓地區督考官；陸軍官校ROTC教育中區、北區教育中心主任，教育部大學「全民國防教育」與「軍事教學」訪視評鑑委員。曾任教於中興大學、文化大學、東吳大學及國防大學。現擔任；中華民國團結自強協會理事、中華戰略學會理事、中華軍史學會監事。出版著作有《全民國防》、《非傳統安全概論》及學術論文數十篇。
