《中正臺灣文學與文化研究集刊》為純學術性的刊物，由國立中正大學台灣文學硏究所出版，刊載國內外硏究生的相關硏究論文，專屬於硏究生的學術刊物，凡是台灣文化與文學相關之原創性及評論性學術論著，均歡迎踊躍賜稿。(已作講義或已登載其他刊物者，請勿投送)。
本集刊創刊於96年6月，每年定期出刊2期(6月及12月出版)，以電子書形態出版，不另外出紙本。
