《黄帝内经素问》简称《素问》，是现存最早的中医理论著作，相传为黄帝创作，实际非出自一时一人之手，大约成书于春秋战国时期。
尹小林1964 年出生于四川绵阳，1983 年毕业于重庆大学机械制造系，同年入伍，2002 年退出现役后投身国学领域。其核心成就集中在国学传播与古籍数字化领域，1999 年创建《国学宝典》数据库并创办国学网，2002 年创办北京国学时代文化传播股份有限公司，还是国内最早将人工智能技术引入古籍整理的开拓者之一。
他著有《国学备览精编》，将 81 部国学经典整理成国学九宫格；收藏 5 万册线装家谱，建成国内最大民间家谱库，还研发 “中华姓氏文化大数据平台” 推动姓氏文化研究。此外，他自 2004 年进入首都师范大学后，常开展国学经典讲座，解读《大学》《诗经》《古文观止》等著作，助力国学普及。
