成唯識論學記，凡八卷。唐代新羅僧太賢集。收於卍續藏第八十冊。係注釋玄奘所譯《成唯識論》之作。內容包括：(一)顯宗出體門，闡示護法、清辨二師之空、有論爭，而以護法所述唯識中道之境、行、果三者為《成唯識論》之宗旨，並論「出體」等。(二)題名分別門，說明題號、造論者等。(三)解釋文義門，逐次注釋教起因緣分、聖教正說分、結名迴施分等。本書卷首錄有「菩薩藏阿毘達磨古迹記卷第三本」等字，推知其或屬古迹記之一部分。（佛光大辭典）
太賢，唐代法相宗學僧，朝鮮新羅人。號青丘沙門，亦作大賢。壯歲來唐，依西明寺道證學唯識。著作甚多，撰有古迹記等四十餘種，不拘門戶，力持平允，為世崇敬。後歸國傳慈恩之學，時人譽之為海東瑜伽祖。嘗於其國景德王十二年（753）在大內誦經祈雨，後不知所終，寂年與世壽均不詳。（《三國遺事˙卷四˙義天錄》）（佛光大辭典）
