她多年從事圖書策劃及組稿工作，在多個領域都有作品產出。在家庭教育方面，她專注於家庭教育、兒童心理等領域的研究和實踐，積累了豐富的經驗，長期開展兒童心理與家庭教育講座，幫助數萬家長解決家庭教育中遇到的問題，參與策劃了《孩子的品格 —— 寫給父母的積極心理學》等多部書籍。在生活健康領域，她編著了《吃對食物健康來》，該書於 2006 年由中國紡織出版社出版，從食物的搭配、如何選擇適合自己的飲食等方面，詳細敘述了如何吃 “對” 食物以保持健康。此外，她還出版了《為什麼感到不幸福》《心靈浴場》《學會感恩懂得愛》等多部暢銷圖書。
