劉思白，清末河北鹽山縣常金鄉賈金村人，與近代著名教育家、方誌學者賈思紱是同鄉。只知他幼年師從馬鑅璘（柳亭）先生受業，長於白話注譯與用骰占易，復又鑽研《易經》，頗有心得，哲人生卒年代已無從考，大致可以確定的是跨越兩世代（清末民初）的學者。
