孟德斯鳩Montesquieu
法國啟蒙時期思想家、律師、西方國家學說和法學理論的奠基人，與伏爾泰、盧梭合稱“法蘭西啟蒙運動三劍俠”。出生於法國貴族世家，自幼受過良好教育。博學多才，是一位百科全書式的學者，在法學、史學、哲學和自然科學方面都有很深的造詣，曾撰寫過許多相關論文。曾被選為波爾多科學院院士、法國科學院院士、英國皇家學會會員、柏林皇家科學院院士。
