王景堂：筆名汜水，河北任丘人，1942 年出生，中共黨員。1963 年畢業於滄州師範中文系，1965 年入伍，歷任排長、指導員、幹事、教研室副主任、主任等職，1967—1969 年赴越南參加援越抗美。1989 年調海軍幹部培訓中心（中央黨校部隊分校海軍班）任教學負責人，教授，大校軍銜。肖裕聲：軍事科學院原世界軍事研究部副部長，少將，博士生導師。他長期從事黨、國家、軍隊政策理論研究和決策諮詢，擔任中央黨校、國防大學、國家行政學院等院校授課任務。他是國家重大革命歷史題材創作領導小組成員、全軍史料叢書審查小組成員、全軍編委會首席軍史專家。
