《圓覺經》是一部體現中國佛教注重「妙有」思想特色的佛經。

《圓覺經》主張一切眾生都具足圓覺妙心，本當成佛，無奈為妄念、情欲等所覆蓋，才於六道中生死輪迴；如能頓悟自心本來清淨，此心即佛，無須向外四處尋求。本經所明為大乘圓頓之教理，故對華嚴宗、天臺宗、禪宗都有重要的影響。
全經分為十二章，為釋迦牟尼佛分別答覆文殊菩薩、普賢菩薩、普眼菩薩、金剛藏菩薩、彌勒菩薩、清淨慧菩薩、威德自在菩薩、辯音菩薩、淨諸業障菩薩、普覺菩薩、圓覺菩薩、賢善首菩薩十二位大士的提問，宣說如來圓覺的妙理以及修止、修觀、修禪的方法。

主編：賴永海
現任南京大學哲學系教授、中華文化研究院院長。曾任南京大學宗教與文化研究中心主任、南京大學旭日佛學研究中心主任、江蘇宏德文化出版基金會理事長、鑑真圖書館館長。出版《中國佛性論》、《中國佛教文化論》、《佛學與儒學》等十六部著作，並主編第一部《中國佛教百科全書》（十一卷，近三百萬字）、《中國佛教通史》（十五卷，七百萬字）。

譯注者：徐敏
南京大學哲學系哲學博士，師從孫亦平教授，主要從事近代佛道思想研究，譯注《淨土四經》（合注）以及注評《了凡四訓》、《文昌孝經》（合注），現任職於無錫市委統戰部。
