在律師生涯中，雖然撰擬文書占去相當大比例的時間，但國內迄今鮮有專門參考著作，以致新進律師須耗費相當時間摸索。

理律法律事務所合夥律師，主要負責證券交易、政府採購等刑事案件及公共工程相關之民、刑事訴訟與仲裁，曾代表國內主要工程公司處理二期航站、第二高速公路、濱海公路、雪山隧道等重大公共工程爭議，並承辦包括特別費案、二次金改案等社會矚目案件。目前除擔任臺北律師公會會刊《在野法潮》編輯委員外，亦常於其個人臉書（www.facebook.com/mezgerwu）上發表關於法律及執業心得的文章。
