新選舉制度的嘗試和改革第一次實現了重大突破。"
作者曾長期在企業和事業單位從事文秘工作。曾經當過工人，擔任過共青團幹部、辦公室主任、小企業經理等職。2004 年56 歲時，因偶然機會登陸美國，曾用三年半時間體驗美國“黑工”的打工經歷，以此寫作紀實文學。2008 年退休後正式從事文學創作。重慶市作家協會會員。
