符瑞君（Foo Swee Ciin）

　　1977年7月27日，出生於新加坡的第三代華人。

　　從小就跟日本的漫畫十分親近，就讀專門學校時看到電影《AKIRA》而大受震撼。

　　擔任設計師工作時另外以「FSc」筆名創作漫畫。

　　2000年起專心於漫畫創作，主要是在美國的出版社活動。
　　曾在新加坡以及台灣、還有日本出版過作品。
